Carla Palmer

Owner/Creator of The Office Houzz, Carla Palmer, moved to Gainesville from Dallas last summer. Born and raised in Plano, TX, she wanted to get out of the big city and live in a close-knit community once again. Her plans are to build a home and develop Water Roost Wildlife Preserve on 20 acres at Moss Lake. With projects on the land taking much longer than anticipated, also spotty WiFi & cell service, she set out to town for office space! Hoping for a flexible option like office share or a month to month rental there was almost nothing, so she decided to create and offer a space just like the one she was needing herself and the co-work office share space was born!
