Our not for profit, community theater was formed in 1979 when a few of our Cooke County residents (Rodger Boyce, Tom Carson and Monica Hess) decided to embark on the endeavor of creating a community theater. Gainesville Swing Orchestra, North Central Texas Chorale,Butterfield Stage, Gainesville Area Visual Arts Founded by Donna Howell-Sickles and husband, John Sickles, in April of 2010, Davis & Blevins Gallery is a unique fine art gallery in Saint Jo, Texas. Located 1.5 hours North of Dallas/Fort Worth, and Vantage Point Art Gallery is located in downtown Gainesville. The gallery features display space for over 35 regional artists, offers art classes to the public and is a community for creatives.
