Knight Furniture & Mattress is a family owned and operated business with 110+ years of experience in the furniture industry. We have locations in Downtown Sherman, Gainesville, and soon Denison, Texas.

In 1912, J.B. Knight founded Knight Furniture Co. on the Sherman square and it has remained in his family ever since. Although we have gone through many changes in our 100+ years, our goals and commitments have always remained the same: attainment of our customer needs, dedication to our community, excellence in customer service, adapt to our ever-changing industry, and to continue to learn and improve from our vast years of experience.

For over a century, we have had the honor of serving Texoma and the surrounding area. We strive to be the innovative leader in home furnishing by providing exceptional value, quality and service in an environment of friendship and integrity.

In 2016, Knight Furniture and The Gunn Family was recognized as the North American Retailer of the year by Home Furnishings Association. We are proud to have won BEST OF TEXOMA for 16 straight years as well as receiving the Voice of the Consumer Leadership Award.

Knight Furniture has always been a part of Sherman and surrounding community. We are members of the Sherman, Denison, Whitesboro, Gainesville and Anna Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Sherman Now, and a partner of Sherman ISD. We provide substantial support for our communities with volunteer time, sponsorships and donations to many charitable organizations that help improve the overall quality of the life in the areas we serve.
