I am so blessed to be able to make a living by helping others and their communities. Each day, I sit down and help people overcome financial concerns and obstacles. I also get to help my community with our fraternal programs and activities. It’s very rewarding to be able to do what I do.

30+ years in corporate business has given me the expert tools needed to negotiate price and terms for you when purchasing or selling a home. Working with both buyers and sellers gives me the knowledge of what is happening in the market at any given time. I hold Certifications as Negotiation Expert and Farm and Ranch. I also hold the Senior Real Estate Designation to provide specialized services to ages 55+ citizens.  Everyone’s needs are different and require specific options to fulfill their real estate desires. Continually increasing my knowledge of Real Estate by participating in additional courses each year to provide the best service to my clients. My experience in both the corporate business and Real Estate provides an advantage above others.

I am Mike Erickson.  I have lived in the Gainesville area since 2017.  I am a University of Texas graduate with a computer science degree.  I have been in the Telecom industry my entire career.  I am the owner of North Central Texas Communications.  I opened this business to provide communication services to businesses that want a personal touch coupled with excellent customer service.  At North Central Texas Communications, we tailor solutions for our customers by studying their business and listening to their needs, and we work until we get it right.  We understand that businesses need things to work and they don't have a ton of free time to be trained or to chase rabbits.  We want to help our customers communicate safely, securely, and effectively.   I also believe in giving back to the community.  I am active in a local church and I serve as a board member for My Brother's House in Muenster.
